This complex in Pati was the first stage of planned development in a proposed housing complex, accommodating the function of educational and social facilities such as orphanage, aged care, shared meeting spaces and low-budget accommodations. The design employed the vernacular language with much emphasis on the space-in-between as potential social and community spaces.
