An addition to Pollos Hotel & Gallery complex, the ballroom is designed to accommodate 1000 people and can be divided into 3 smaller function spaces. Special attention was paid to accommodate access from the existing hotel site to the neighbouring, lower site both for vehicular and pedestrian access. The main level as accessed by ramp accommodates the function spaces, while the lower semi basement level accommodates parking, various back of house function and employee quarter. The building consists of a main, biggest volume clad in cement render that house the function space, intersected with a lower space clad in decorative stone in geometric pattern that houses the foyer and entrance lobby, and punctured by smaller brick roster that houses the emergency and service staircases.
